Lash Jewels offers a lifetime exchange policy allowing customers to upgrade their jewellery anytime.
Exchange Conditions
- Original invoice must be presented.
- Product must pass quality inspection.
- Exchange allowed for products of equal or higher value.
- exchange value 90% off current market diamond value
- Bill making charge and GST invoce
- Please note that making charges and GST are non-refundable and will not be considered during the exchange process.
Documents Required for Exchange:
- Original Invoice
- Product Certificate
Exchange services are available only in India.
